Ruthless Until Found Guilty delivers worldwide, meaning no matter where you are you can still enjoy our products. We process and post all orders quickly as we can. 

Standard Shipping: £3.99 - estimated arrival 2-6 working days.

First Class Next Day delivery: £5.99 - estimated arrival 1-2 working days.
(If ordered before 9am then your order will be delivered the next working day, EXCLUDING Sundays)


Royal Mail 1st Class Signed: £15 - estimated arrival 2-7 working days.


Delays will occur when you order on or around bank holidays or public holidays due to post offices being closed.



If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we will happily issue a refund or exchange subject to the terms and conditions. Refunded items must be unworn and with labels still attached. Orders must be returned within 14 days of the order confirmation date. Any returns after this time frame will NOT be processed and no refund will be issued.

Returns are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the goods back.
It may take longer to process your return at Christmas or Bank Holidays.
Please allow up to a 3-5 working days for refunds to show on your account.
We’ll refund you by the same method of payment. Please email before sending anything back so we can verify where the parcel has came from.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check and contact your bank account before contacting us as this may take some time to register in your account.

If refunded due to item not received you will ONLY be refunded the price you paid for the item of clothing as the clothing was shipped and we had to pay for the shipping cost to send to you. If proof needed we can send you proof of delivery. 


We can only exchange an item for a different size or colour in the same style or for a different product of the same price as the original item. Please ensure all packages are sent back recorded delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost.
All orders will come with a packing slip. If you are looking to return or exchange the item please write down on the packing slip what you want to do. 
If you want to exchange please state what new colour/new size you would like.
When sending a return or exchange of an item of clothing the payment of the return is the customers responsibility.
Any unsuccessful payments or complications which are not the responsibility of Ruthless Until Found Guilty will be refunded for the items bought only. Shipping charges will not be refunded due to inconvenience.
